Proud Pumpkin Farmers

The day finally came to harvest our pumpkins! The pumpkins and gourds were grown by accident- last year's were chopped up and added to the compost pile. By summer, we had our "mystery plant". It was fun for our family watching them grow. Next year we'll plant some larger ones too.
Hammin' it up for the camera- as usual:-)

Love all the pumpkins, hopefully you can make some pumpkin butter or pie with them (or just for decoration!) We have our gourd on our nature table!
